Reseller programme terms and rules

1. Who may hold an account

Wholesale accounts are issued to research resellers — businesses and individuals who supply laboratory research materials onward to qualified researchers, institutions and laboratories. They are not issued to consumers, to patients, to clinics for administration, or for personal use.

An account is issued to a named person at a named business, after a manual review. Applying does not create an account and does not entitle anyone to trade pricing. We may refuse any application, and we do not have to give a reason.

2. Identity verification

• Every applicant provides a complete legal name, business email, phone number, website, social media presence, and the country, city and state they operate from. All of it is verified, and all of it must be accurate and current.
• Every applicant uploads a clear image of a current, non-expired government photo ID — a passport or a driver’s licence. An ID with fewer than 30 days left on it is not accepted.
• The name on the ID must match the legal name on the application and the signature on the disclaimer.
• If the ID on file expires, ordering pauses until a current document is uploaded. The account is not closed and its history is kept.
• ID documents are stored outside the public site, are readable only by the account holder and PEPTiQX Biotech staff, and are used only to verify eligibility for this programme.
• Submitting a false, altered, expired or borrowed identity document ends the account permanently.

3. How wholesale is sold

• Full cases only. A case is 10 vials of a single peptide at a single size. Cases are the only quantity that can be ordered.
• No mix and match. A case cannot be assembled from different peptides or different sizes. Ordering 10 vials means 10 vials of that one SKU. There is no limit on how many different peptides an order may contain, provided each is a complete case.
• Minimum order. Wholesale orders start at 1 complete case(s).
• Exclusive pricing. Trade prices are set per SKU, are confidential to the account holder, and may change without notice. They are not public: publishing, forwarding or screenshotting the trade price sheet is a breach of these terms.
• No stacking. Wholesale pricing does not combine with referral discounts, promotional codes or PEPCOiNS redemption. Wholesale orders neither earn nor spend PEPCOiNS.
• Orders are filled against available stock. Where stock cannot fill a complete case, the line cannot be ordered until it is restocked.

4. Rules every reseller follows

These are the rules an account is lost for breaking:

• No human or veterinary use. Product may not be sold, supplied, marketed or presented for administration to humans or animals, and may not be sold to anyone the reseller knows or reasonably suspects intends that use.
• No medical claims. No therapeutic, diagnostic, dosing, protocol, anti-ageing, performance or efficacy claims — in listings, advertising, packaging, social media or private messages.
• No relabelling. Product may not be repackaged, decanted, reconstituted, relabelled or resold with the research-use-only markings, batch numbers or certificates of analysis removed or altered.
• No diversion. Product may not be resold outside the approved research channel, into jurisdictions where it is restricted, or through consumer marketplaces and health or wellness storefronts.
• No impersonation. A reseller is an independent business. Nothing may present the reseller as PEPTiQX Biotech, as an agent of PEPTiQX Biotech, or as a pharmacy, compounder or clinical supplier.
• Accurate records. Contact details, business details and the ID on file are kept current, and downstream customers are held to these same restrictions.
• Applicable law. The reseller is responsible for import, export, customs, licensing and controlled-substance compliance in every jurisdiction they sell into.

5. What happens to violators

Breaches are recorded against the account with the reason and the action taken. Depending on severity we may issue a written warning, suspend the account pending explanation, or close it permanently.

• Marketed or supplied for human or animal use
• Made therapeutic, dosing or efficacy claims
• Relabelled, repackaged or removed research-use markings
• Resold outside the approved research channel
• False, expired or borrowed identity documents
• Other breach of the reseller terms

A closed account loses wholesale pricing and cannot re-apply. Pending orders are cancelled and refunded to the original payment method, less any shipping already incurred. Serious breaches — human-use marketing, falsified identity, or diversion into restricted channels — are closed on the first instance, without a warning.

6. Shipping, title and returns

Title and risk pass on dispatch. Every case ships with its batch certificate of analysis. Because wholesale product is resold onward, wholesale orders are not returnable except where product is defective, damaged in transit or shipped in error, reported within 7 days of delivery with the batch number and photographs.

7. Confidentiality

Trade prices, stock levels, batch data and programme terms shared with an account holder are confidential and are for the account holder’s own commercial use only.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. Material changes are notified to account holders and the version recorded against your sign-off is the version you accepted. Continuing to order after a change means accepting the current terms. This document is version 2026-08.

9. The disclaimer every reseller signs

On applying, and on every wholesale order, the account holder certifies: that they are at least 18 years old and legally able to contract; that the identity and business details supplied are true and their ID is current and their own; that they are acquiring these materials solely as research chemicals for in-vitro laboratory research; that they will not use, sell, market, supply or label them for human or veterinary consumption or administration; that they will make no therapeutic, dosing or efficacy claim; that they will pass these restrictions to every downstream buyer; that they comply with all applicable laws in every jurisdiction they operate in; and that they accept these terms and rules, understanding that breaching them ends the account.
