Affiliate programme and PEPCOiN terms

1. Commission

An active affiliate earns 20% of the discounted item subtotal of every order attributed to them. Shipping, taxes, and any part of an order settled in PEPCOiNS are excluded from that calculation.

• Commission is earned on every attributed order, not only a customer’s first. There is no cap on how much a single customer can earn you and no limit on the number of orders.
• The rate applying to an order is the rate on your account at the moment that order settles. It is recorded against the order and does not change afterwards, so a later change to your rate never rewrites commission already earned.
• PEPTiQX Biotech may change your rate, and will tell you when it does. A change applies to orders settling after it takes effect.
• No commission is earned on your own orders, on orders paid entirely in PEPCOiNS, or on any order PEPTiQX Biotech cannot attribute to you.

2. When commission is payable

Commission is held for 21 days after the order. That period is the window in which the order can still be returned, refunded or charged back, and commission is not payable on an order that has not survived it. At the end of the period the amount moves to your available balance automatically.

• The smallest payout is $50.00. Below that your balance simply carries forward — nothing is lost and nothing expires.
• Where an order is refunded, cancelled or charged back, the commission on it is reversed. Where it had already been paid to you, PEPTiQX Biotech may recover it by deducting it from your next payout.
• Where an order is partly refunded, PEPTiQX Biotech may reduce the commission on it proportionately rather than reverse it.
• Commission already earned remains payable if your account is paused or closed, unless it is forfeited under clause 12.

3. How you are paid

You choose, each time you cash out, between two options. Neither is a commitment: the choice is made at the moment of the request.

• Bank transfer. To an account in Mexico (by CLABE) or the United States (by ACH routing and account number). Transfers are made by hand, not by an automated batch: allow several working days. Where the destination account is not held in US dollars, the amount is converted at the rate shown on your payout record at the time it is made.
• PEPCOiNS, with 25% added. Your available balance converted to store credit at $0.10 per PEPCOiN, plus a 25% bonus for taking it that way. This settles immediately and is subject to every term in Part Two — in particular, PEPCOiNS taken this way can never be converted back to cash.

The account must be in your own name or your business’s. PEPTiQX Biotech does not pay commission to a third party, and will refuse a payout where the account holder name does not match the partner.

PEPTiQX Biotech bears the cost of sending the transfer. Any fee your own bank or an intermediary charges to receive it is yours. A transfer refused or returned by the receiving bank is credited back to your available balance, and PEPTiQX Biotech may deduct a returned-payment fee actually charged to it.

4. Your bank details

• Account numbers are encrypted when you submit them and are not displayed back to you — your own screens show only the last four digits.
• They are decrypted only when a member of staff is making your transfer, and every such access is recorded in an internal audit log.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give. PEPTiQX Biotech checks the structure of a CLABE or routing number, which catches most typing errors, but cannot verify that an account belongs to you. A transfer made to details you supplied incorrectly is not recoverable and is not re-paid.
• Where details are changed shortly before a payout request, PEPTiQX Biotech may hold the payout and contact you before sending it.

5. Tax

Commission is income. You are solely responsible for determining, declaring and paying any tax, contribution or duty arising on it in your own jurisdiction, and for any registration or invoicing that requires. PEPTiQX Biotech does not withhold tax and does not give tax advice.

PEPTiQX Biotech may be required to report amounts paid to you, and may ask you for the tax identification or invoicing details that reporting needs. Where a law applying to PEPTiQX Biotech requires withholding or documentation before it can pay, PEPTiQX Biotech may hold a payout until it has what it needs.

PEPCOiNS received under this programme may also be taxable in your jurisdiction.

6. What a PEPCOiN is

A PEPCOiN is a unit of promotional store credit issued by PEPTiQX Biotech at its discretion. One PEPCOiN is worth $0.10 toward the purchase price of catalog products, and nothing else.

PEPCOiNS are not a currency, a security, an investment, a deposit, a stored-value or prepaid instrument purchased for consideration, a gift card, a cryptocurrency or a token of any kind. They are not issued on a blockchain, carry no ownership interest in PEPTiQX Biotech, pay no interest, and are not insured or guaranteed by anyone.

PEPCOiNS are personal to the account that earned them. They may not be sold, traded, gifted, transferred, assigned, pooled, combined between accounts, or passed by inheritance or operation of law.

7. How PEPCOiNS are earned

• Sales milestones. An affiliate earns a one-time bonus each time their lifetime count of settled sales reaches a milestone. The current ladder is:

  Each rung pays once. A rung you have reached is not taken back if a later order is refunded, even though the refund reduces your sale count. PEPTiQX Biotech may change the ladder, and a change applies to rungs not yet reached.
• Taking commission as store credit. Under clause 3, at $0.10 per PEPCOiN plus a 25% bonus.
• On your own orders. Like any customer, you earn 5% of what you spend back in PEPCOiNS.
• On opening an account. Every new account receives a one-time welcome grant of 50 PEPCOiNS, worth $5.00 of catalog product. It is granted once per person and does not require a referral or a purchase. One account per person: duplicate accounts opened to claim it more than once may be closed and their grants reversed.
• Per person referred. 25 PEPCOiNS the first time a person creates an account through your link or code, and 50 PEPCOiNS when that person places their first order. Each is paid once per referred person, not once per visit, click or order.

8. Spending and expiry

• PEPCOiNS are redeemed at checkout against catalog products. You may pay entirely by card, entirely in PEPCOiNS, or split an order across both.
• The smallest redemption is 500 PEPCOiNS.
• PEPCOiNS may be applied to up to 100% of an order.
• PEPCOiNS are whole units. Where covering an order in full needs part of a PEPCOiN, it is rounded up to the next whole one, so up to $0.09 of PEPCOiNS value may be spent beyond the order total. The order itself is never credited more than it is worth.
• PEPCOiNS applied to an order that is later cancelled or refunded are returned to the account they came from, with their original expiry. They are never returned as cash.
• Milestone bonuses and the welcome grant are spendable immediately. PEPCOiNS earned on your own order are held for 7 days, like any other reward on an order inside its return window.

PEPCOiNS do not expire.

PEPTiQX Biotech may change the expiry policy at any time. PEPCOiNS already in an account keep the expiry they were issued under unless PEPTiQX Biotech states otherwise; if a change is applied to existing balances, affected account holders will be told before it takes effect. Expired PEPCOiNS are forfeited, have no value, and are not reinstated or compensated.

9. PEPCOiNS are never converted to cash

This is stated separately because it is the term most often assumed away, and because the programme does pay cash elsewhere. PEPTiQX Biotech does not buy PEPCOiNS back, and does not convert them to cash, to a bank transfer, to a gift card, to cryptocurrency or to any other instrument. The conversion offered in clause 3 runs one way only: an available cash balance may be taken as PEPCOiNS; PEPCOiNS can never be taken as cash.

Where the value of a refunded order was paid in PEPCOiNS, the refund is made in PEPCOiNS. No part of an order paid in PEPCOiNS is refundable in cash.

10. What the customer gets

A customer who arrives through your link, or who enters your code at checkout, receives 10% off the item subtotal of their first order with PEPTiQX Biotech. It is a welcome offer: it applies once, to the first order that customer places, and not to their later ones. Your commission is not limited that way and keeps paying on every order they place.

The discount applies automatically, does not apply to shipping or taxes, and cannot be combined with other promotional discounts unless that promotion says it can. A customer who has already ordered from PEPTiQX Biotech — on this account or on the same email address — has had their welcome order, and a referral link does not reopen it.

That customer may also open an account, earn PEPCOiNS of their own, and become a partner themselves. The discount and the account are separate benefits; taking one does not forfeit the other.

11. Your code, your link and attribution

On joining you are issued a code that works immediately. It is both what customers type at checkout and a short link at www.peptiqxbiotech.com/yourcode. You may request a custom code instead, which must be 3–24 characters using letters, numbers and hyphens.

• A custom code is not usable until PEPTiQX Biotech approves it, because it becomes a public address on our own domain. Your existing code keeps working throughout; once the new one is approved the old one stops resolving.
• Approval is at our discretion and may be refused for any reason, including codes reserved for the site, codes resembling our brand or another business, and codes we simply prefer not to publish on our domain.
• A code grants no trademark, domain or other property right. It is a licence to use that address while you are an active partner, revocable at any time, and it does not transfer with a sale of your business or channel.
• PEPTiQX Biotech may revoke or change a code — including one already approved — where it breaches these terms, is needed for the site itself, or where the partnership ends.
• Codes are matched without regard to capitalisation. You are responsible for anything published under your code and for updating links you control when a code changes.

A referral link sets a first-party cookie for 90 days. An order placed from that browser within the window is attributed to you. A code entered at checkout attributes that order only. Where a visitor carries both, the link wins.

Attribution depends on the customer keeping the cookie and completing the order on the same device. Cookie clearing, private browsing, ad blockers and cross-device purchases can all break it. PEPTiQX Biotech cannot credit an order it cannot attribute, and an unattributed order earns nothing.

12. Conduct, fraud and forfeiture

These are research chemicals. The compliance line below is not negotiable, and crossing it ends the partnership and forfeits unpaid commission and unredeemed PEPCOiNS.

• Never claim a therapeutic, medical, cosmetic or performance benefit.
• Never publish dosing, administration, reconstitution-for-use or protocol guidance.
• Never present these materials as fit for human or animal consumption or use.
• Always describe them as supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only.
• Never imply endorsement, affiliation or approval by any regulator, health authority, institution or medical professional.
• Disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you share a link or code, as advertising rules in your jurisdiction require.
• No spam, no unsolicited bulk messaging, no paid search bidding on the PEPTiQX Biotech brand, no coupon-scraping sites, no misleading claims about the discount, and no cookie stuffing or forced clicks.
• No self-referral, and no orders placed for yourself through another person’s account or address to generate commission.

PEPTiQX Biotech may withhold, reverse or cancel commission and PEPCOiNS associated with an order that is refunded, charged back, cancelled or unpaid; with fraudulent, self-dealing or artificially generated activity; or with any breach of these terms. Where value obtained in those circumstances has already been paid or spent, PEPTiQX Biotech may recover it from your balance or from a future payout.

Unredeemed PEPCOiNS are forfeited without compensation if the account is closed at your request, or if the programme ends after the redemption window in clause 14. Commission already earned is not forfeited on a closure other than one for breach of these terms.

13. Eligibility

The programme is open to individuals aged 18 or over, and to organisations, in jurisdictions where it is lawful. Acceptance is at the discretion of PEPTiQX Biotech and is not automatic. Payouts are available to bank accounts in Mexico and the United States. The programme is void where prohibited.

Participation creates no employment, agency, partnership, franchise or joint-venture relationship. You are an independent party and may not represent otherwise, contract on our behalf, or hold yourself out as an employee or agent of PEPTiQX Biotech.

14. Changes and termination

PEPTiQX Biotech may change these terms, the commission rate, the hold period, the payout minimum, the milestone ladder, the redemption value of a PEPCOiN, the expiry policy, or any other aspect of the programme, and may suspend or end the programme entirely, at any time. Material changes are posted on this page. Continuing to participate after a change takes effect is acceptance of it.

Either party may end the arrangement at any time. If the programme ends, PEPTiQX Biotech will give reasonable notice, pay commission already earned once it has cleared its hold period, and provide a redemption window in which spendable PEPCOiNS can be used before they lapse.
