How and when your order leaves our facility.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Arizona Time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, ship the next business day.
You will receive tracking details and the batch certificate of analysis by email when your order leaves our facility.
Packaging
Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of normal transit and ship in insulated packaging. Cold-chain shipping is available on request for temperature-sensitive custom orders.
Vials are packed with cushioning to prevent breakage. Inspect your shipment on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.
International orders
We ship to select countries. International customers are responsible for confirming that these materials may lawfully be imported for research use in their jurisdiction, and for any customs duties, taxes or brokerage fees.
We cannot mark shipments as gifts or under-declare value.
