Terms of sale

Orders are accepted only from qualified researchers, laboratories, universities and institutional buyers. By placing an order you represent that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are professionally qualified to handle research chemicals safely, and that you are ordering on behalf of a legitimate research activity.

You agree that materials purchased from PEPTiQX will be used solely for in-vitro laboratory research. You agree that you will not administer them to humans or animals, will not resell or redistribute them for such use, and will not represent them as suitable for human consumption.

This certification is a condition of sale and is recorded with your order.

Materials are supplied as research chemicals. We warrant that each lot meets the analytical specification stated on its certificate of analysis at the time of release. We make no warranty, express or implied, as to fitness for any particular purpose, biological activity, or suitability for any application beyond the analytical characteristics documented.

Because these are research chemicals whose storage conditions cannot be verified once they leave our control, we cannot accept returns of opened vials.

If a shipment arrives damaged, or if material does not match the certificate of analysis supplied with it, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund the affected items.

You are responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction, including those governing import, possession and use of research chemicals. PEPTiQX reserves the right to decline or cancel any order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PEPTiQX Biotech's liability arising from any order is limited to the purchase price of the materials supplied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including those arising from misuse of the materials.
