Privacy policy

We collect the information you provide when you create an account or place an order: your name, email address, phone number, institution and shipping address. We record the research-use certification you make at checkout, together with the order it applies to.

We do not collect or store payment card details. Card data is handled entirely by our payment processor and never reaches our servers.

Order and shipping data is used to fulfil your order and to provide support. Research-use certifications are retained as a compliance record. Email addresses collected through the newsletter form are used only to send batch release notices, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We share the minimum necessary with our payment processor and shipping carriers to complete your order. We do not sell customer data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

We may disclose information where required by law.

You can view and update your profile and addresses from your account dashboard. To request deletion of your account, or a copy of the data we hold about you, contact research support.

Note that order records associated with research-use certifications are retained as a compliance obligation even after account deletion.
