Affiliate programme and PEPCOiN terms

1. What a PEPCOiN is

A PEPCOiN is a unit of promotional store credit issued by PEPTiQX Biotech at its discretion. One PEPCOiN is worth $0.10 toward the purchase price of catalog products, and nothing else.

PEPCOiNS are not a currency, a security, an investment, a deposit, a stored-value or prepaid instrument purchased for consideration, a gift card, a cryptocurrency or a token of any kind. They are not issued on a blockchain, carry no ownership interest in PEPTiQX Biotech, pay no interest, and are not insured or guaranteed by anyone.

PEPCOiNS are personal to the account that earned them. They may not be sold, traded, gifted, transferred, assigned, pooled, combined between accounts, or passed by inheritance or operation of law.

2. How PEPCOiNS are earned

• On each sale. An approved affiliate earns 10% of the discounted item subtotal of every attributed order, paid in PEPCOiNS. Shipping, taxes and any part of an order settled in PEPCOiNS are excluded from that calculation.
• On each person referred. An affiliate earns 25 PEPCOiNS the first time a person creates an account through their link or code, and a further 50 PEPCOiNS when that person places their first order. Each bonus is paid once per referred person, not once per visit, click or order.
• On joining through a referral. A customer who creates an account through an affiliate link or code receives a one-time welcome grant of 50 PEPCOiNS.

Earning rates and bonus amounts are set by PEPTiQX Biotech and may change at any time. A change applies to PEPCOiNS earned after it takes effect.

3. What the customer gets

A customer who arrives through an affiliate link, or who enters an affiliate code at checkout, receives 10% off the item subtotal of that order. The discount applies automatically; it cannot be combined with other promotional discounts, and it does not apply to shipping or taxes.

That customer may also create an account and start earning PEPCOiNS of their own — on their own referrals, and as an affiliate if they apply and are approved. The discount and the account are separate benefits; taking one does not forfeit the other.

4. When PEPCOiNS become spendable

PEPCOiNS earned on a sale are held for 7 days after the order, which is the window in which that order can still be returned or reversed. They become spendable automatically at the end of that period. Bonus and welcome PEPCOiNS are spendable immediately.

5. Expiry

PEPCOiNS do not expire.

PEPTiQX Biotech may change the expiry policy at any time. PEPCOiNS already in an account keep the expiry they were issued under unless PEPTiQX Biotech states otherwise; if a change is applied to existing balances, affected account holders will be told before it takes effect. Expired PEPCOiNS are forfeited, have no value, and are not reinstated or compensated.

6. Redemption

• PEPCOiNS are redeemed at checkout against catalog products. You may pay entirely by card, entirely in PEPCOiNS, or split an order across both.
• The smallest redemption is 500 PEPCOiNS.
• PEPCOiNS may be applied to up to 100% of an order.
• PEPCOiNS are whole units. Where covering an order in full needs part of a PEPCOiN, it is rounded up to the next whole one, so up to $0.09 of PEPCOiNS value may be spent beyond the order total. The order itself is never credited more than it is worth.
• Redemption is subject to catalog availability and to the same research-use-only conditions as any other order.
• PEPCOiNS applied to an order that is later cancelled or refunded are returned to the account they came from, with their original expiry. They are never returned as cash.

7. No cash refunds and no payouts

This is stated once more because it is the term most often assumed away. PEPTiQX Biotech does not buy PEPCOiNS back, does not convert them to cash, store credit redeemable for cash, gift cards, cryptocurrency or any other instrument, and does not pay affiliates in cash, by bank transfer, or through any peer-to-peer payment service.

Where the value of a refunded order was paid in PEPCOiNS, the refund is made in PEPCOiNS. No part of an order paid in PEPCOiNS is refundable in cash.

8. Your code and short link

You may choose your own code, subject to approval. An approved code is both what customers type at checkout and a short link at peptiqxbiotech.com/yourcode. It must be 3–24 characters using letters, numbers and hyphens.

• No code is usable until PEPTiQX Biotech approves it. Until then the short link does not resolve, the code is not accepted at checkout, and it earns nothing.
• Approval is at our discretion and may be refused for any reason, including codes that are reserved for the site, resemble our brand or another business, are misleading, or that we simply prefer not to publish on our domain.
• You may request a change at any time. Your existing code keeps working while the new one is reviewed; once the new one is approved the old one stops resolving.
• A code grants no trademark, domain or other property right. It is a licence to use that address while you are an active partner, revocable at any time, and it does not transfer with a sale of your business or channel.
• PEPTiQX Biotech may revoke or change a code — including one already approved — where it breaches these terms, is needed for the site itself, or where the partnership ends.
• Codes are matched without regard to capitalisation. You are responsible for anything published under your code and for updating links you control when a code changes.

9. Attribution

A referral link sets a first-party cookie for 90 days. An order placed from that browser within the window is attributed to the affiliate. A code entered at checkout attributes that order only. Where a visitor carries both, the link wins.

Attribution depends on the customer keeping the cookie and completing the order on the same device. Cookie clearing, private browsing, ad blockers and cross-device purchases can all break it. PEPTiQX Biotech cannot credit an order it cannot attribute.

10. Conduct required of affiliates

These are research chemicals. The compliance line below is not negotiable, and crossing it ends the partnership and forfeits any unredeemed PEPCOiNS.

• Never claim a therapeutic, medical, cosmetic or performance benefit.
• Never publish dosing, administration, reconstitution-for-use or protocol guidance.
• Never present these materials as fit for human or animal consumption or use.
• Always describe them as supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only.
• Never imply endorsement, affiliation or approval by any regulator, health authority, institution or medical professional.
• Disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you share a link or code, as advertising rules in your jurisdiction require.
• No spam, no unsolicited bulk messaging, no paid search bidding on the PEPTiQX Biotech brand, no coupon-scraping sites, no misleading claims about the discount, and no cookie stuffing or forced clicks.
• No self-referral. An affiliate earns nothing on their own orders, and orders placed on your own code are not credited.

11. Fraud, reversal and forfeiture

PEPTiQX Biotech may withhold, reverse or cancel PEPCOiNS associated with an order that is refunded, charged back, cancelled or unpaid; with fraudulent, self-dealing or artificially generated activity; or with any breach of these terms. Where PEPCOiNS obtained in those circumstances have already been spent, PEPTiQX Biotech may deduct the equivalent from the account balance.

Unredeemed PEPCOiNS are forfeited without compensation if the account is closed, at your request or ours, or if the programme ends.

12. Eligibility

The programme is open to individuals aged 18 or over, and to organisations, in jurisdictions where it is lawful. Acceptance is at the discretion of PEPTiQX Biotech, and approval of an application is not automatic. The programme is void where prohibited.

Participation creates no employment, agency, partnership, franchise or joint-venture relationship. You are an independent party and may not represent otherwise, contract on our behalf, or hold yourself out as an employee or agent of PEPTiQX Biotech.

13. Tax

PEPCOiNS received in connection with a promotional or affiliate arrangement may be taxable in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining, reporting and paying any tax arising from your participation, and for any reporting obligation that participation creates. PEPTiQX Biotech does not provide tax advice and may be required to report the value of rewards issued to you.

14. Changes and termination

PEPTiQX Biotech may change these terms, the earning rates, the redemption value of a PEPCOiN, the expiry policy, or any other aspect of the programme, and may suspend or end the programme entirely, at any time and for any reason. Material changes are posted on this page. Continuing to participate after a change takes effect is acceptance of it.

If the programme ends, PEPTiQX Biotech will give reasonable notice and a redemption window in which spendable PEPCOiNS can be used before they lapse.
